Improved pinch zoom on iOS devices for both the photo viewer and the QuickShot camera.
Android only: Backup and Photo Exports folders can now be found under the Documents > WhisperReporterMobile folder for easy access when the device is connected to Windows.
Bug Fixes
Corrected an issue introduced in 1.0.26 where adding a RapidRemark that contained an image would initially appear in the topic comment as a broken image even though it wasn't. It would appear correct when reloading the report.
Now trims off comments from a selected picklist item.
Added AutoFocus and digital zoom to the QuickShot camera.
The image editor will now remember the object sizes (ellipses, rectangles and arrows) for subsequent use.
Added a new option to move the caret to the beginning or end of a topic comment the first time you go into that comment.
Improved performance when loading and processing used and unused images.
When taking rapid photos using the QuickShot camera, the file naming will now add a suffix to it should you take multiple photos within the same second (file names use date and time only to the second).
Android only: Added the ability to use the volume buttons to take a snapshot with the QuickShot camera. (iOS prevents 3rd party apps from using the volume buttons)
Android only: After closing Mobile, it will now no longer show up in the recently used list. This was confusing in thinking it was an active app and still running when it wasn't.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a rather large memory leak which could cause performance issues as you work on a report. This may have even caused a crash in some cases.
Fixed the device back button functionality on devices using Android 16 or later.
Fixed an issue where the RapidRemark tab would be hidden after editing an image.
Fixed a problem where it would not always fully load all the unused images.
You can now add circles, rectangles and arrows to photos.
New Camera option: "Use basic quickshot camera operation for photos". With this option selected, Mobile will use a different method to take photos which always uses the back camera. There are also no prompts for accepting or retrying the photo, it will immediately add it to the topic comment or to the unused images, depending on where you launched the camera from.
When entering a topic for the first time after opening a report, the caret is now placed at the end of the comment instead of at the beginning.
Added a new option on the Transfer tab that allows you to restore the last received file (which could be either a report or RapidRemarks).
Bug Fixes
Corrected an issue which could focus the editor tab after changing orientation instead of staying on the current tab.
Added a new option "Auto expand/collapse Nav tree nodes". When enabled, the previously selected node will collapse and the selected node will expand.
Unused images panel now supports the option to auto open the camera when turned to landscape.
If taking a photo when in the Unused Images panel, the photo just taken will be the image previewed.
After deleting selected images in the Unused Images panel, the next logical image will be the one previewed.
Now shows the chapter at the top instead of the report number when appropriate. This will help identify where you are in the report if multiple topics have the same name but in different chapters.
Bug Fixes
Corrected image sizing for copy/cut/paste and unused image insertion.
