Remote Support Tool Just like being there!

If we need to access your computer to provide remote support, we may ask you to use one of three remote support tools: TeamViewer, Windows 10 Quick Assist, or Zoho Assist. If using Windows 10 Quick Assist, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Windows key on your keyboard or the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the taskbar.
  2. Start typing "Quick Assist", or just "Assist", and it should show the Quick Assist app if it is available on your version of Windows 10.
  3. If it shows up, click on it and wait for us to provide you with a code to enter into the "Code from assistant".
  4. Once you have entered the code click the "Share Screen" button.

If you are not using Windows 10 or you do not have the built-in Quick Assist tool, we will ask you to either download the TeamViewer Quick Support tool (TeamViewer) or use the Zoho Assist support tool (Zoho Assist).

Any of the remote support tools mentioned above will allow us to access your computer as if we are sitting in the same room as you and you will have full view of any activity during the remote session. We would only have authorization for accessing your computer while the session is active.
