Templates allow a report writer to start a new report with various degrees of completion or structure already in place.  WhisperReporter comes with a variety of templates to start with, which can also be used to create new templates.  Other inspectors might also backup their templates to share with other inspectors which can be restored into WhisperReporter using the Data Manager.  You can also access the Template Store to download and install additional templates provided by Whisper that are new, updated or were not provided in the original installation process.
