What is WhisperReporter Ascent?

WhisperReporter Ascent is the next evolution stage of our inspection reporting software lineage. As with our previous iterations, it combines a Word comparable text editor with a robust database behind the scenes to create a package for creating, editing and distributing reports. Reports are created based on Whisper designed templates, user designed templates or previous reports. The software can produce PDF reports for electronic distribution or hard copy reports for physical distribution. The software is highly customizable and can be adapted to fit with different and changing office environments.

•Auto-filling “Tags” reduce repetitive data entry. Type the information just once.

•No need to remember 10s or 100s of RapidRemarks, RapidRemarks are dragged and dropped from a library right on the screen and can be searched on for quick insertion.

•In-line clickable “Cloak”-able text reduces needed typing and can provide direction throughout the templates without appearing in the final report.

•Being template based, uniform reports are produced throughout the entire organization.

•Editable Summary Report creation for distribution to Realtors and their clients outlining deficiencies and what the buyer wants to do about them.

•Integration with ISN (Inspection Support Network) and NxtInspekt Administrative Software for managing and scheduling inspections, plus uploading reports for access by realtors and clients.
