Remote Support Tool Just like being there!

If we need to access your computer to provide remote support, we will ask you to download the Primary remote support tool (TeamViewer), or the Alternate remote support tool (Zoho Assist) which will allow us to access your computer as if we are sitting in the same room as you. You will have full view of any activity during the remote session. We would only have authorization for accessing your computer while this tool is active.
