The Data Manager is your tool for importing and exporting individual WhisperReporter reports as well as backing up and archiving the database. The Data Manager can be accessed one of two ways:

 

1.Go to File > Data Manager…

2.Click the “Yellow Cylinder and Page” icon next to the printer icon.

 

 

The Data Manager main screen presents you with five options. In WhisperReporter the words “Backup” and “Export” are synonymous and “Restore” and “Import” are synonymous.
