Data Manager > Restore reports and/or other data from a backup file

Restoring RapidRemarks will show the following dialog:

When restoring RapidRemarks, you can decide where these RapidRemarks should go in regards to the RapidRemark hierarchy. Typically you probably backed up a full set of RapidRemarks in which case you would likely chose to restore them in the same place which would be the Root level folder. On the other hand, if you had backed up a subset of the RapidRemarks that did not originate at the root level, you may want to not restore them at a root level but instead as a branch of some other folder or a new branch of the root folder, such as "Jerry's RapidRemarks" in which case you would chose option 2 or 3.

When you have the option you want, click the [Restore RapidRemarks] button. If you restored them to the wrong place, you can use the RapidRemark Manager to delete them and try again.
