Removes leading and/or trailing empty paragraphs in Topic Comments and RapidRemarks, and also allows adding empty paragraphs in RapidRemarks.

 

The following dialog would appear similar to the following except when applying to Topic Comments, where the Add additional empty paragraphs to RapidRemarks group will not visible.:

 

 

When adding additional empty paragraphs to RapidRemarks, please note that this adds to the existing RapidRemark.  So if you wish to end a RapidRemark with the specified number of After empty paragraphs, you would also check the option to Remove trailing empty paragraphs which would be performed prior to the adding of empty paragraphs.  Same consideration applies to adding the number of Before empty paragraphs.
