Use to adjust paragraph format settings, i.e. paragraph alignment and spacing before and after the paragraph as well as between each line of the paragraph.  You can also quickly remove "Keep with Next Paragraph" attributes that are no longer desired.

 

 

You can perform multiple steps at one time by selecting the specific steps desired, i.e. Alignment, Indentation, Spacing, and/or remove the "Keep with Next Paragraph attribute".  Click [Apply] to process the steps selected.
