Use to do one of two primary things:

•Reset table margins by re-aligning table margins to be consistent, which sets their left and right margins to line up with the topic's left and right margins.  It can also reset each cell's left/right indent.

•Remove table borders in cases where you may have created multiple tables with borders for easy alignment but now wish to turn off all of the borders of those tables without having to turn them off individually.
