When you click the [New] button in the WorkView Manager, you will get the following dialog:

 

 

Name your WorkView in such a way that it will be easy to correlate to the ReportView being linked with.  For example, if my corresponding ReportView is "Phase Pre-Pour Report View", I might consider calling my work view "Phase Pre-Pour Work View 1".
