Restoring an Image Editor Items backup will show the following dialog:

 

 

When restoring image editor items, you can either Update or Replace the current sent of images in the Object Shoebox and the saved text items.  Updating will add and update images in the object shoebox and also merge saved text items with existing text items.  Replacing will completely replace any existing images and saved text items with whatever is contained in the backup file.

 

When you are ready to restore the image editor items from the selected file, click the [Restore Image Editor Items] button.
