The RapidRemark View Manager is a tool that allows for the creation and management of RapidRemark “views”. These views are collections of RapidRemarks, usually with something in common. Views can then be linked to topics so that when you are editing a topic in a report it will only show the RapidRemarks contain in the RapidRemark View associated with it, not the entire list of hundreds of RapidRemarks.
In the next few sections we will cover checking for an existing view, creating a new view, adding to a new or existing view and linking to a topic.
