The [Delete...] button to allow deletion of a ReportView will be disabled if the ReportView is used by any reports or templates.  If you still want to delete it, you will have to either use the Browse Reports dialog to filter all reports by this specific ReportView and then delete all the reports listed in the results, or use the Data Manager to Archive all reports using the specific ReportView (this performs a backup and delete).  Once you have finished with either of those methods to remove the reports using the specific ReportView, you should then be able to delete the ReportView.
