Often times it will not be obvious what a placeholder is meant to be replaced with. In these cases, hidden text is placed in parenthesis after a placeholder.
In this example the first two cloaked text instructions follow the placeholder and give the report writer a clue as to what should go there. The third one gives general directions that have to do with that paragraph or section of the report. When cloakable text is clicked the text turns to its normal color, in the example shown below, the report writer chose the normal color for that text to be red. Click the text again to make it hidden. If this is not done, the text will print on the report. In this example, the Note is considered conditional cloakable text further described in the next section.
