At this screen you are presented with three options:

 

I want to create a new report – Use this option to start a new report from a template.

 

I want to select an existing report or template – Use this option to open your database and open a report that you have already started.

 

I want to open the last report I was working on – Use this option to open the most recent report you were working on. For convenience, the name of the report is displayed in parenthesis.
