When you click the [New] button in the Work View Manager, you will get the following dialog:

 

 

Name your Work View in such a way that it will be easy to correlate to the Report View being referenced.  For example, if my corresponding Report View is "Commercial Inspection Report View 1", I might consider calling my work view "Commercial Inspection Work View 1".
