This page is used to quickly select the fees to be charged to the customer as well as any payment they may have made.  You have several options when creating a new Service Fee or Discount as shown below.

If the amount is not entered and is saved with a $0.00 amount, you will be prompted to enter the amount when this fee is selected.  This allows you to have a single service fee in the list that you can fill the actual cost later.  When used, a new fee for the current report only will be created having the amount specified.  The original $0.00 fee entry will still be retained for use in subsequent reports.

The [Cleanup...] button will invoke a dialog that will show you all unused service fees and discounts.  If you have imported a template or report from another inspector from another company, it is likely that you have imported their list of fees that you may not ever use.  This provides a quick method to remove them.
