Follow these instructions to create a completely new chapter layout. If you would like to modify an existing layout or base a new layout off of an existing one, skip down to the next section Copying a Topic Layout.
1.Click the [New…] menu button.
2.Give the layout a brief, but descriptive name.
3.Click [OK].
A new blank layout will be created. You will notice the usage statistics will say that the layout is not currently being used with any reports.
